Support Information can be set in WHM. As you are a Reseller, you must have a virtual address where your own clients can contact.
How to add Contact Information: Click on Configure Customer Contact from Home. There are three sections for different information as Support Department, Billing Department and Sales Department. All three sections are optional and you can delete anyone if you wish.
In Technical Support, put the URL of the site and below this, put the e-mail address. Then click on Save button to save.
Similarly, you can set the other two.
